Ghazal for Women:

This ghazal, तूँ क्यों सहती है, celebrates women’s resilience and acknowledges their struggles. It advocates for ending abuse and fostering a brighter future.

Ghazal

This ghazal for women, तूँ क्यों सहती है, is dedicated to all the women! Women are so wonderful, soothing, forgiving and can make any place vibe with their limitless energy. My life has been shaped by so many nurturing women around me; my mother, wife, sisters, friends, extended family and at work as well!

The fact is that our lives (men) are so incomplete and colorless without women, yet so many women have to go through abuse in their relationships, both mental and physical. While majority of the abuse comes from men, unfortunately and surprisingly enough, at times some women are the perpetrators.

This ghazal is dedicated to all the women who have suffered abuse at any point in their life. Undoubtedly, it’s not easy to just walk out of abusive relationships due to often compelling circumstances. However, I hope the next generations will do a better job of differentiating between right and wrong than the current ones.

Here it goes: ghazal for women,
